When I started in EI, I had very little support at all. Honestly, it sucked.
If I'm brutally honest, I made mistakes and missed things with children + families in those early years - not because I didn't care or wasn't trying...but because I just didn't have the experience AND I didn't have the mentorship.
When I would ask questions, I was often met with disdain for not already knowing the answer. Shame taught me to keep my mouth shut and figure it out as I went along.
But that wasn't fair to me or the families I served. After years in EI, I finally got the chance to BE mentored, and to mentor others. It changed my practice and my life completely.

Mentorship sessions are $85/60 minutes for 1 session or $65/session for 3+.
